If you are not satisfied with the products you have received or you have simply changed your mind about the opportunity to purchase them, after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, you can return them within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of delivery and obtain a refund.
INKANTI will exchange or refund the returned items.
The costs of sending and returning the goods will in this case be carried by the Customer. The refund will only concern the price of the returned item (s).
The items must be returned in their original and complete packaging. Garments worn, incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

Inkanti will carry out the refund on behalf of the Customer who placed the order and at the address indicated on the invoice within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned items.
